Job Description

What we're looking for: -7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in commercial roles, including 3+ years in a senior position with business development responsibility. -Experience across multiple therapeutic areas (Contraception, Fertility, Migraine, Respiratory, Dermatology, Pain, Cardiovascular, Bone, Neurology) and working with external partners. -Data driven approach and strong understanding of business dynamics; experience across Baltic markets would be a strong advantage. -Fluent in at least one Baltic language (LT/LV/EE) and comfortable working in English. -Strategic and proactive personality, ability to take ownership and drive results independently.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Act as the key link between the company and local partners.
- Build and grow strong, long-term partnerships.
- Align on business plans, targets, and track performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, sales, finance, regulatory, supply chain, market access).
- Support product lifecycle management, launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Drive synergies across the Baltic markets and the wider EEI region.
