
Lithuania Country Manager, UAB "Enersense"
Job Description
Join „Enersense“ as a Lithuania Country Manager and lead an international team delivering critical infrastructure projects. Position Requirements - Higher technical education in construction, engineering or a similar field. - At least five years of experience in managing of construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, engineering). - Experience in implementing construction and installation projects for telecommunication towers, masts, high-voltage power transmission lines is an advantage. - Excellent construction project management skills: planning, implementation, quality assurance, budget management, risk management. - Knowledge of the regulatory environment and legislation in the field. - Strategic management skills. - Ability to build, maintain and nurture relationships with clients, customers, contractors and other interested parties. - Excellent company representation, sales and negotiation skills. - At least three years of experience in team leadership. - Ability to build a team, develop and help people grow. - Excellent oral and written English skills.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Business development and leadership in the company.
- Planning and implementation of company strategy.
- Supervision of the implementation of construction projects.
- Commercial development of the company: representation of the company, negotiations.
- Development of relationships with the clients, customers, contractors, partners and other stakeholders.
- Management and development of Lithuanian team and its members.
- Work with an international team - the parent company and the managers of other Baltic countries.
