Job Description

For our client - research and education company operating in the Baltic States, specializing in the fields of marketing and communication - we are looking for SENIOR RESEARCH PROJECT MANAGER. REQUIREMENTS • 2-4 years of experience working with the research projects; • Ability to summarize, render, and communicate a complex information clearly; • Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of data analysis software (SPSS) would be an advantage; • Knowledge of sociology, marketing, and communication; • Ability to make independent decisions and be well-organized. Functions and Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for project implementation, which includes not only project coordination but also monitoring project financial indicators;
• Consulting clients on research results, data analysis, and misinterpretation issues;
• Presenting and discussing research results with the client;
• Preparation and alignment of project proposals according to the client's needs/opportunities;
• Working with data providers and research companies;
• Direct communication and relationship management with leads and existing clients.
• Attracting and successfully onboarding new clients;
• Representing / promoting the company at the events and conferences;
