We are HR recruitment experts with years of experience in the field. Working with employers and candidates, we have seen the challenges that both sides face in the recruitment process. Dr Alisa Miniotaitė, founder of UAB ALISA MANAGEMENT LABORATORY, head of the Leadership Master's Program at ISM University of Management and Economics.
