Functions and Responsibilities
- Implement projects from the start of construction until the building is recognized as suitable for use;
- Control and ensure the compliance of the ongoing processes with the design requirements of the structure;
- Ensure that the processes carried out in the facility comply with the technology of work execution and quality assurance requirements;
- Manage and supervise construction works carried out by subcontractors;
- Control material and machinery orders;
- Coordinate the activities of work managers: Ensure compliance with work safety and environmental requirements
