Employer Agreement

Capitalised words used in this Employer Agreement will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Platform Terms of Service constituting an integral part of the Employer Agreement.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DATA PROTECTION:

The Platform Owner acts as a controller of the personal data appearing on the Platform. Having logged in to the Platform and having received the Employee's personal data, the Employer becomes an independent controller of such data, which must then be processed by the Employer in accordance with the laws. Personal data of the Employee found by the Employer on the Platform may be used outside the Platform or for communication with the Employee via other means (phone, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.) only if the Employee has been informed to that effect in accordance with Article 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

MISCELLANEOUS:

The Employer may, after the selection process, notify the Platform as to which Employee has been selected, naming the salary to be paid, and provide information about such Employee’s performance after a probationary period.

VALIDITY, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

  1. (a) The Employer Agreement will be deemed to have been made immediately after the Employer’s confirmation on the Platform that the Terms of Service have been read and accepted and will remain valid for an indefinite time-period.
  2. (b) The Employer will be entitled to unilaterally terminate the Employer Agreement without giving reasons, yet by giving 1 (one) month’s prior notice to the Platform Owner in writing. In that case, the Employer Agreement will be deemed to have been terminated and the Employer Account closed as of the expiration of the said one-month period.
  3. (c) The Platform Owner will be entitled to: (i) immediately restrict access to the Employer Account without prior notice by sending a message to the email address given in the Employer Account and/or (ii) unilaterally terminate the Employer Agreement and close the Employer Account, either temporarily or permanently, with 5 (five) business days’ prior notice if the Employer breaches the Employer Agreement and/or the Terms of Service and fails to remedy such breach within 5 (five) business days from the date of the Platform Owner’s notice.
  4. (d) The Platform Owner will also be entitled to discontinue the Platform operation at any time and to unilaterally terminate the Employer Agreement on that basis by giving 2 (two) months’ prior notice to the Employer.

By accepting the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Employer Agreement, you confirm that you are allowed under the applicable laws and the Employer's corporate documents to make a binding contract with the Platform Owner as a duly authorised representative of the Employer.

The Employer confirms that the Platform Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy have been read and accepted by the Employer who undertakes to comply with them.
