This position requires expertise and knowledge that allows the candidate to quickly integrate into processes without additional training. Job specifics: The position is currently planned as part-time; however, the primary focus is on the quality of task execution. You can complete tasks at a time convenient for you, except for cases where tasks are urgent or of high priority. We expect the candidate not only to perform assigned tasks but also to engage in work processes with initiative, share ideas, and help find solutions to improve efficiency. Functions and Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records from the entry of primary documents to the preparation and submission of financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax declarations.
• Issue invoices and perform bank transactions.
• Calculate payroll, including business trip expenses.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual declarations.
• Manage financial data related to e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, PIGU, or others).
• Calculate and reconcile revenue from various e-commerce channels, considering different currencies and sources.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable, conduct cash flow analysis, and ensure the management and control of receivables and payables.
• Analyze and optimize accounting processes to ensure efficient workflows, data accuracy, and time-saving solutions.
