Job Description

For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for CEO. Position Requirements: • Strong strategic and leadership skills – ability to define and execute long-term vision, align teams, and drive growth; • Experience in production/operations – hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes (Furniture industry experience is a plus, but not required); • Financial acumen – solid understanding of budgets, P&L, cost control, and economic decision-making; • Procurement and supply chain skills – experience negotiating with suppliers, managing raw materials, and optimizing costs; • Experience with incentive/performance-based pay systems – understanding how to motivate production teams and link compensation to performance; • People management and team development – ability to lead 200+ employees, develop talent, and create a strong company culture; • Change management skills – comfortable implementing improvements, new processes, or organizational changes; • Communication and stakeholder management – can work effectively with board members, partners, and key clients; • Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure – able to handle operational challenges efficiently.
