Subscription Rules

    • HRizer is a platform (the “Platform”) meant to connect specialists seeking employment and organisations in search of employees.

    • Subscription is an order renewed periodically (each month or each year) that gives the right to use the functions of the Platform.

    • Subscriber is a legal person that created the Employer’s Main Account in the Platform and ordered a Subscription plan.

    • Employer’s Main Account is a legal entity’s account that is created by entering into the Employer’s contract with the Platform and providing accurate and complete information about the represented employer. The Employer’s Main Account is created by a representative of the organisation, indicating his or her contact details. This user of the Employer’s Main Account becomes the employer’s representative and can create additional accounts for employees of the company for using the Platform and can manage the Subscription. One legal entity can create only one Employer’s Main Account.

    • The Subscription is managed (the Subscription plan and/or period is changed, the Subscription is cancelled) upon logging into the Employer’s Main Account. In its account, the Subscriber will see information when the next payment for the Subscription is due.

    • When registering the Employer’s Main Account, the user chooses from the Subscription plans, the terms of which can be found here. The Platform has the right to unilaterally change the scope of services and/or the price of a Subscription plan, having given a relevant notice to the Subscriber 30 (thirty) calendar days in advance at the e-mail address specified in the account. The new Subscription price will apply from the next charging period, however, no earlier than in 30 (thirty) calendar days. A Subscriber that does not accept the new Subscription price is entitled to refuse the Subscription.

    • When a Subscriber registers for the first time, it is given a test period of 1 (one) month free of charge. After the end of the test period, the payment card indicated by the Subscriber will be debited the Subscription price of the selected plan for the following period.

    • If the Platform is unable to debit the next month’s payment (the card is expired, the bank account to which the card is linked does not have enough funds in it, etc.), the Subscription will be suspended. In such a case, the Subscriber can renew the Subscription upon logging into the account and again providing data necessary for payment and/or correcting other defects that have led to the suspension of the Subscription. If the Subscription is not renewed within 30 (thirty) days, the Subscriber’s account and all data will be permanently deleted.

    • The Subscriber has the right to use services of the Platform upon logging into the account on any device, i.e. computer, smartphone and/or tablet, during the Subscription period (1 (one) month or 1 (one) year) according to a Subscription plan (BASIC or PRO) selected and paid in advance. Having acquired a Subscription, the Subscriber acquires the right to make use of the services until it cancels the Subscription and as long as it pays the Platform for the Subscription in due time.

    • A Subscription can be ordered for a period no shorter than 1 (one) month. If the Subscriber refuses the Subscription earlier, the Platform will not refund the price paid for the Subscription plan.

    • The Subscription is continuous and updated automatically, debiting the monthly or annual price of the Subscription plan to the credit or debit card specified during the registration. A Subscriber, wishing to cancel the Subscription before the next payment date, must take action and cancel the Subscription in the account. In case of cancelling the Subscription, the Subscription plan price paid by the Subscriber shall not be refunded and/or compensated. Having suspended the Subscription, the Subscriber can renew the Subscription within 30 (thirty) days upon logging into its account. If the Subscription is not renewed within 30 (thirty) days, the Subscriber’s account and all data will be permanently deleted

    • A Subscriber can change the plan at any time:

      • from BASIC to PRO. The Subscriber will be charged for a new plan, the fee for the new plan shall be reduced by the unused balance of the fee for the previous plan. The PRO plan comes into effect immediately.
      • from PRO to BASIC. The BASIC plan comes into effect after the expiry of the previously ordered PRO plan. If, during the use of the PRO plan, more accounts were created for other users of the organisation, when switching from PRO to BASIC, the Employer’s Main Account will stay, whereas accounts of additional users of the organisation will be suspended. If the PRO Subscription is not renewed within 30 (thirty) days, the accounts and data of additional users of the Subscriber will be permanently deleted.
    • A Subscriber will be informed by e-mail about the successful payment for the Subscription and presented with a document confirming the purchase – a VAT invoice. VAT invoices can be viewed or downloaded upon logging into the Employer’s Main Account.

    • A Subscriber has the right to refuse (not to renew) a monthly Subscription for any reason by logging into the Employer’s Main Account and clicking the button “Stop subscription”. Having stopped the Subscription, the Subscriber can use it until the end of the month paid for – at the end of the month, the Subscription will end automatically. The Subscriber’s data will be stored for 30 (thirty) days after the last effective day of the Subscription. If the Subscription is not renewed within 30 (thirty) days, the Subscriber’s account and all data will be permanently deleted.
