Functions and Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain the HRizer.com platform using .NET / C# and React technologies.
• Develop new platform features – from technical solution design to implementation and deployment to production.
• Integrate the platform with external systems, APIs, and third-party solutions.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, ensuring smooth operation of both frontend and backend components.
• Work with databases and data models, ensuring efficient data processing.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues, identifying and addressing system performance and functionality problems.
• Improve the platform’s performance, stability, security, and overall user experience.
• Contribute to architectural and technology decisions and their implementation.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews.
