Job Description

•Strong leadership and communication skills; •Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities; •Proficiency in financial management and budget tracking; •Ability to coordinate and lead team meetings effectively; •Proactive problem-solving skills; •Demonstrates an initiative-driven approach with an "everything is doable" mindset; •Previous involvement in film, media production, or related fields with a comprehensive understanding of production processes is advantageous; •Previous experience as a producer is a plus.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project owner and be responsible for full pre-production-related decisions;
• Manage and delegate clear tasks to filming coordinators and Production Assistants;
• Track channel finances and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to forecasts, plan cost-saving initiatives, and manage invoices efficiently;
• Maintain a needed number of A-list actors in the database by organizing regular castings;
• Participate in project planning meetings (PPM) and ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities;
• Support other departments within the channel in developing strategies for channel activities, providing recommendations, and actively participating in various additional responsibilities;
• Promote team collaboration and unity by spearheading team weekly and monthly meetings and establishing transparent communication channels among team members.
