Office Manager / Biuro vadybininkė (-as), Softeq

Job Description

We are searching for you to join our team in Vilnius (Lithuania) in the role of an Office Manager / Biuro vadybininkė (-as). Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a similar position, • Practical knowledge of the Lithuanian Labor code, clerical standards, and market practice, • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, preferably in Business Administration, HR or similar, • Fluent Lithuanian and intermediate level of English (B1 or higher), • Proficient computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Booking travel arrangements, preparing, coordinating, reviewing, and submitting related documents,
• Organizing and monitoring dispatch shipment between clients and Softeq offices, preparing reports,
• Contributing to employees’ migration documents, processes, and related questions,
• Taking care of all kinds of employees` related documents (job agreements, amendments, medical cards, labor safety, insurance, sports, etc., coordination of signature process, and related tasks),
• Timely management of the employees and related data within internal and external systems, • Managing office needs such as ordering snacks, maintenance services, badges, parking, etc.,
• Joining various Administrative team projects and tasks, such as assisting with audit documents,
• General administrative support to the friendly and nice team :)
