Job Description

Our Client - LTP Group A/S is a Danish owned company established in 1991 based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and consisting of two divisions: LTP Garment and LTP Contract Furniture with a turnover of approx. +100 million EUR. Background requirements • Master’s degree or at least a Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or Economics • Strong understanding of driving a best in class Shared Service for processes and transaction of financial data • Experience in an international setup in a similar position • Manufacturing industry knowledge is a must • Good verbal and written English Skills needed • Excellent ability to manage large volumes of data using various systems • Knowledge and experience with financial systems • Strong in planning, organizational and problem-solving skills • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data • An analytical mind • Ability to stick to time constraints keeping a high quality in delivery of financial information

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and develop and implement operational plans that model exemplary people management practices and resource utilization, resulting in a high-performance culture
  • Promote a culture of customer-centered service delivery and continuous service improvement to ensure customer needs and expectations
  • Demonstrate a commitment to a continuous-learning culture where team input, innovation and professional learning opportunities are valued
  • Design and align with business requirements for Shared Services Finance technology, systems and processes to enable regular evaluation and accurate and timely data for reporting
  • Benchmark Shared Services organization against other companies to identify and implement process improvements
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements to increase overall efficiency and accuracy
  • Oversee all functions related to the month-end close
  • Identify, implement and oversee accounting system controls and standards
  • Support the Group Finance Manager in completion of the annual statutory accounts and liaising with external auditors
  • Respond to all audit and accounting questions, concerns and inquiries
  • Ensure timely and qualitative reporting for authorities in all relevant matters
  • Deliver monthly commentary around variances to budget, manufacturing cost- and operating expense variances
  • Act as consultant for local management in various accounting matters
  • Support and contribute to the use and development of BI tools for analytics
