Active work with the list of potential clients (cold calls, commercial offers, presentation of the company’s services); Working with existing clients (ensuring smooth cargo transportation, communication, and providing necessary information); Working with the CRM system (consistent information entry into the CRM system, status tracking, and informing colleagues to ensure smooth operations); Working with accompanying cargo documents (preparing, verifying, and transferring relevant documents to the appropriate departments).
