What Will Help You Succeed: -2+ years of experience in an analytical role where you worked with real business data. Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment would be considered as an advantage. -Strong Excel skills and enjoyment of working with large, sometimes imperfect datasets. Familiarity with Power BI, SAP or Nielsen would be beneficial. -Native Lithuanian and fluent English (B2). -A degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a similar field. -Ability to turn numbers into clear recommendations, not just reports. -Attention to detail, ownership mindset and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Act as an analytical partner to the CEO and HQ Analytics team, supporting commercial and strategic decisions.
- Lead market, channel, pricing and SKU performance analysis across the Baltics, with primary focus on Lithuania.
- Deliver accurate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting using Excel, supported by Power BI.
- Provide actionable local insights to support sales planning, pricing decisions and trade marketing initiatives.
- Manage ERP data quality and manual data inputs.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities across analytical processes within the company
- Propose automation and reporting enhancements.
