Job Description

On-board, train new sales team members, delegate and prioritize tasks, and monitor the team's performance (KPI’s are met). Assist the sales team with different questions, difficult situations, and customers’ problems. Substitute sales team members during holidays and sick leave. Provide sales team constructive feedback, motivate and create an atmosphere of healthy competition. Execute agreed sales plans and report results to the management team periodically. Generate sales from existing and potential customers during spare time slots to achieve the agreed sales target. Maintain positive and professional customer relations.
