Job Description
What you need to succeed: • At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps role, with experience of managing Kubernetes Platform. • Strong experience for managing containerized applications using Docker, Podman and Kubernetes. • Understanding of networking concepts, and Linux system administration. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, etc. • Proficient in creating and managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines. • Understanding security best practices. • Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar). • Apply strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues within the Kubernetes environments and Tanzu services, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations. • Nice to have proficiency in Azure and its services. • Experience with migrating applications from on-premises VMs to Kubernetes or Containers. Functions and Responsibilities
- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop, optimize, and maintain reusable GitLab CI/CD pipeline components to automate the deployment process, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of applications.
- Containerization: Help implementing and support containerization solution for LD ecosystem. Manage and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes

- strategies to ensure high availability and performance.
- Automation: Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
- Monitoring and Logging: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, architects’ team and infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Private Cloud Tanzu (TKG) Infrastructure Management: Implement and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure using best practices for security, cost-efficiency and performance.
- Solution Design: Provide best practices for implementations of Kubernetes platform to development and management teams.
