Job Description
• Work with international clients; • Control of compliance of internal documents, procedures and projects with valid legal norms; • Preparation, coordination and maintenance of contracts and other legal documents; • Advising managers and colleagues on civil, personnel, company and labor law issues; • Assessment of legal risks related to the company's activities and making proposals; • Ensuring compliance of the performed activities with legal acts; • Representation of the company in relations with third parties; • Represent the company's interests in negotiations; • Work at the level of a group of companies.
