Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven professional who will help develop AsstrA’s Ocean and Air Freight business in Lithuania. This role is focused on business development, client relationship management, pricing, and identifying new growth opportunities in the international logistics market. The position offers a high level of independence and the opportunity to work closely with international teams and decision-makers within a global logistics organization. We are looking for someone who understands the logistics market, is comfortable managing commercial discussions, and is motivated by building long-term business relationships and achieving results. You will become part of an international company with more than 30 years of experience in transport and logistics, operating in over 20 countries worldwide.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage own client portfolio
- Identify and acquire new clients in Ocean and Air Freight segment
- Prepare commercial offers and manage pricing independently
- Negotiate with clients, partners, and carriers
- Manage RFQ and tender processes
- Cooperate closely with operations team to ensure high service quality
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
