Job Description

Requirements: • Higher education (in management, finance, administration or similar field - an advantage); • Good skills in working with Microsoft Excel (creating tables, filtering data, basic formulas); • Good English skills (written and spoken); • Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail; • Experience in administrative work or accounting - would be an advantage; • Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) - would be an advantage. Functions and Responsibilities

• KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures – collecting information from supplier companies and entering it into specialized programs
• Customer debt administration – preparing reminders and warning letters for late payments
• Timely invoice administration – checking information and comparing it with internal documents
• Assistance in performing various administrative tasks
