Job Description
We are looking for a Direct Communication and Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team in Estonia to manage direct marketing and automation campaigns. If you are detail-oriented and have experience in direct marketing, we are eager to have you on board.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of direct marketing and marketing automation strategy, along with the communication plan
- Preparing and sending out email, mobile push, web push and SMS marketing campaigns
- Setting up automated campaigns/flows in e-mail, push and SMS channels
- Analyzing the results of direct communication and providing recommendations for enhancing campaign performance
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Running and analyzing AB tests in e-mail, push and SMS channels
