Job Description

Here is what we are looking for: • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles • Degree in Information Technology or a related field • Good command of English language • Solid practical knowledge of Windows workstations and administering Microsoft 365 (users, permissions, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange basics, licensing) • Understanding of Entra ID / Azure AD and identity & access management • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking fundamentals (VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi, printers) • Awareness of IT security principles and ability to work in a structured, organized way while communicating clearly with users and vendors Having experience with these systems/processes would be a great advantage: • Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender • Ticketing systems such as HESK, Jira, Freshservice, or similar • Business systems such as Andsoft, Odoo, or Microsoft Navision • Automation-related tools such as Power Automate • Supporting multi-site or operational businesses with remote locations Salary: 2500-3000 €/mon. gross The salary range is negotiable and may vary based on your experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
