Job Description

We are looking for a Direct Communication and Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team in Estonia to manage direct marketing and automation campaigns. If you are detail-oriented and have experience in direct marketing, we are eager to have you on board.

Functions and Responsibilities

Development and implementation of direct marketing and marketing automation strategy, along with the communication plan
Preparing and sending out email, mobile push, web push and SMS marketing campaigns
Setting up automated campaigns/flows in e-mail, push and SMS channels
Analyzing the results of direct communication and providing recommendations for enhancing campaign performance
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
Running and analyzing AB tests in e-mail, push and SMS channels
